Neal Ascherson

Neal Ascherson was born on October 5, 1932 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland as Charles Neal Ascherson. He is a writer, known for The World at War (1973), The Spanish Civil War (1983) and Cold War (1998). He has been married to Isabel Hilton since August 1984. They have two children.
